Payment and charges

• The charge you'll see on your account will be: "Travel Payment".
• You're paying the total accommodation amount in advance.

Cancellations and no-shows

• If you book with less than 24h notice, it won't be possible to cancel.
• If you cancel within the deadline, we'll refund the amount paid.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the amount if you don't show up or cancel outside the deadline.
